A pioneer of Origin Chocolate
From it's beginning, Centho-Chocolates was always a pioneer of “origin chocolate”. Instead of buying the cocoa from the small group of worldwide suppliers, which is a mix of chocolates from around the world blended together, original chocolate, is chocolate made of cocoa beans from one country or one region. Not blended with other cocoa, but of one origin only. This is important because every origin has a particular flavor and specific characteristics. All fillings are being developed to suit the particular origin chocolate to make the unique flavor present itself.
Discovering the different compositions of “origin” chocolate is like discovering different parts of the world. The dark, sweet gold taste of chocolate however remains always dominant and guides you from country to country on his journey.
