The Hideout has always been a very clean, organized and safe guest ranch to visit. Our standards of clean are and always have been high. During the 2020 season with Covid-19 present in the world, we stepped up our efforts to keep things clean and safe impacting your guest experience as little as possible.
Much as we learned during our 2020 Season, limiting exposure at the ranch is a joint effort between the entire Hideout team and all our guests. We will continue to operate under these stricter guidelines to minimize exposure to guests, staff and others coming to the ranch. With these health and safety guidelines, the way we operate might sometimes be different than usual. We will communicate to all our arriving guests about what to expect, what we are doing, and what additional items they should bring like face masks, hand sanitizer or other items to help protect everyone at the ranch.
As a location open to guests in 2021, the activities, recreation, and hospitality we offer carry a risk of exposure to COVID-19. While we are trying to minimize this risk, the scope and duration of this horrible situation is not known. This means The Hideout cannot eliminate risks associated with COVID-19.
We will also let guest know what we expect of them to reduce the risk of exposure to COVID-19 and we urge those guests who have been vaccinated or immune to Covid-19 respect above guidance, other guests and our crew at The Hideout. Let’s work as a team to make sure The Hideout is the best riding and ranch vacation given the limitations and restrictions of today’s environment.
